Welcome in my shop. You will find in my shop many, many DIY kits for hours of fun making lovely items for all seasons. All kits included all the materials you need, unless otherwise is mentioned. You will find the best wool felt in them, Holand felt.

Payment

When the items you have received are not what you expect them to be, please keep in mind we don't sell ready made items, only DIY kits, you can return them or we are going to work hard to find a good solution. Please contact us first when you want to return the kits or other goods. When the returned goods have arrived here well and complete, you will get a refund for the value of the kits. When not it proper condition, we will deduct an amount for repairing the package.

You always have to pay for items in advance.

Shipping

For customers from outside the Netherlands: We ship world wide, but we prefere to send to UPS quarantied addresses. All items will be send with tracking code. Due to new new regulations I need to give your email address to the shipping company. All items will be shipped with Deutsche Post. The tracking info will be available on the next working days after you have received the shipping message or one day later when shipped on Friday or Monday. Please ask for the tracking info if you need it.

Sometimes, sadly, things get lost in mail. Please contact us when you haven't received your purchases. We will try to find the best solution for you. And please check your address, we are not responsable for wrong addresses.

If you are in a hurry, it is possible to send with Fedex priority. We will charge the extra costs and these costs are not refundable.


Shipping times:
EU - 4 to 5 days
Europe other then EU- 4 tot 5 days
USA- Canada 10 to 14 working days but sometimes it takes four weeks.
Australië - New Zealand - 14 to 21 days

We are not responsible for delay at customs.

Please keep in mind we don't sell ready made items, only DIY kits. All kits are written in Dutch but customers from outside the Netherlands will have an English description send by mail. Make sure you have a working email address and there is room for PDF files to receive. The PDf files will be send on the day of shipping.
